What is MTM?

Medication Therapy Management

A process where a trained clinical pharmacist carefully examines

your list of medications and looks for errors, duplications, dosage

errors, and drugs that may interact with (OTC) over the counter drugs and natural substances.

Why do I need to go through the process?

Because It very well could save your life

And it will help you understand how and when to take your medications.

For every 250 scrips filled in a retail pharmacy, 4 to 6 are errors, and if the patient or patient caregiver does not receive counseling and the package goes home, problems ensue. Also as we age our vision dims just as the sun dims on setting. Therefore reading prescription labels is more difficult each decade. Little help is made for Seniors with their infirmities in making labels easier to read.

We offer the degree of saftey in identifying drugs, reading labels, and ensuring patients get the safe care needed with the meds they take.
